I'm 187lbs and I got a size large. this really snatches me, flattens my tummy and really extenuates my figure. I'm a 38 DDD and the girls fit perfectly, it supports them while still being low cut. I'm 5'0 and some of the other reviews say the crotch is long, it's a tad bit long but it being a thong it's actually not bad it makes it comfortable to wear. I bought this in all colors!
