I would strongly recommend ScalaHosting to almost anyone needing a hosting provider. In this day and age of every single hosting company prioritizing AI support agents that probably cost more to run than hiring and training humans, Scala is a shining beacon of incredible HUMAN support agents who actually understand and know how to help you.
I had an issue that I probably would've spent 30 minutes trying to explain to an AI on another hosting provider while waiting for an actual human who would probably also copy paste responses from another AI anyway (true story).
A Scalahosting support agent solved the issue for me within 5 minutes max, and even went above and beyond by recommending and implementing a better practice for site security before I even had a chance to ask for it.
There is no other hosting provider I trust as much as Scalahosting. The only thing I miss is Litespeed servers on shared hosting plans, but once they implement that, and if they keep to their current standard of stellar Human support, I will almost certainly never recommend another shared/WP hosting company to anyone again.
