I’ve been trying to resolve this privately for some time now, but unfortunately, I’m not getting any response through the proper support channels. I worked with Ravi during 2022/2023, and despite that engagement having ended, your system continues to attempt charges on my credit card.I’ve sent multiple emails to support with no acknowledgment or resolution. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.As I mentioned in my last email, if there was another unauthorized charge attempt, I would have no choice but to escalate the matter more publicly. I genuinely hoped it wouldn’t come to this, but the lack of communication is leaving me no alternative.Please address this issue immediately. I expect a response and confirmation that all charges have been stopped and that my information has been removed from your billing system.
