I seldom write reviews, but my experience with this product certainly warrants one. I followed the instructions carefully, using it daily, yet I saw no improvement. Instead, it caused an uncomfortable stinging sensation on my scalp with each application. At this price point, this is unacceptable; had I known, I would have canceled my order and sought a full refund. I still plan to reach out to customer service, as the quality does not align with its claims. When a product is advertised as gentle and effective, it should not irritate the scalp. I’m genuinely disappointed and expected much more. If you're considering this product, I would highly recommend exploring other options.
