Package took over 6 weeks to arrive. When I reached out to customer service (2 times), I got no reply. The second time I reached out, after about a month, is when they finally sent me the tracking which said the label had just been printed. Once the package did finally arrive, one of the necklaces I ordered broke and the entire clasp fell of on just the third wear. The second one did the same and was terribly tarnished after just a few wears as well. The necklace was gold and after about a month was completely a pinkish rust color. Genuinely terrible quality pieces.
