I purchased a 34.99 package and was waiting t redeem my 600 sc winnings it was taking much longer than the first redemption so i opted t use a prizeout giftcard for 60 sc. I took the time t reed the fine print abiut redemption rules. And they. Claim because i earned a 10sc reward for leveling up that my redemption was only valid up to 25.00 sc. Yet the gave me a 60$ gift card and then while im playing mid spin wipe my entire sc ballance. And are excruciatingly slow to respond and it is clear as daybit is at their discretion. And this is litteraly my first daybplaying with them if they dont remedy it i wont play them again and j will seek recorse with the gaming commission.. ive had countless redeems on several other sites never have i ever been so disrespected as a customer at thier discretion. Obviosly 60 dollars on prizeout isnt 25.00 and after the 2.99 and the 35.99 and the 12.50 ive spent today with them theres ni reason they should have done that other than they are not planning on being in buisness for a oong period
