Beware of This Platform's Deceptive Practices

This platform engages in questionable practices, and I want to share my experience so that others can protect themselves and assert their rights. Here’s a breakdown of how the process works:
1. To redeem your coins, you first need to verify your account, but they also require you to purchase gold coins—this feels deceptive. After buying a package, you can redeem any coins played through once.
2. All your coins, whether purchased, won, or earned through promotions, are eligible for redemption once you meet the playthrough requirements.
3. Upon redemption, you must validate your identity, which is standard. If the system shows you have 500 coins available, you can choose any amount between 100 and 500 to redeem. For instance, if you enter 450, you’ll have 50 left.
4. If you enter an amount that is more than 100 but less than your maximum (450 is less than 500), you can proceed with the redemption.
5. You have three options for receiving your funds: push to card, ACH, or gift card. Choose one, but be prepared for what comes next.
6. After selecting push to card, I received a notice that my redemption was pending and I would be notified via email. It will also appear as pending in your transactions.
7. A few hours later, I got an email stating my redemption was accepted, revealing the amount and transaction ID. However, they had quietly defrauded me. Instead of the expected amount, it showed only $25.
8. Confused, I checked my account and saw a note indicating that my redemption was reduced to $25 per their rule. I reached out to their customer support, but they insisted I should have read the policies. It left me feeling powerless. Disclosure: The policy they reference is only accessible after account verification and purchasing coins, meaning it wasn't visible when I signed up or played. Despite the rules, it's misleading. The system makes it difficult to distinguish how coins were earned. I had initially played with coins I earned and purchased but ended up with a significantly lower redemption amount. This feels like a violation and is frustrating. I recommend documenting everything and reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate authorities.
