I signed up for an account and was reluctant to deposit anything because I was unsure about the legitimacy of the Scarlet Sands platform.One of the reasons I signed up is because I liked the referral program and thought it had a decent bonus.A friend of mine signed up using a link that I had text him from my account directly.Upon signing up, my friend made two purchases. One for $2.99, and another for $20. This would have meant that the referral criteria was met, however I got no bonus and neither did he. I messaged support on the platform and after an hour of waiting with ZERO responses, I sent an email to support. In the email I gave them the screenshot of the text to my friend with MY link in the texts, and I also included my friends player ID and his name.Support responded to me and said this friend did not sign up with my link although I LITERALLY SAT THERE AND WATCHED HIM DO IT! So basically.... I get nothing? I SENT PROOF! Logically speaking, how would I have his personal details had I not been telling the TRUTH!? This platform is NOT honest by any means.I 100% DO NOT recommend...
I’m giving 5 stars in hopes other people may see this. I sent in a redemption of $195 and received only $25 of it. Be sure you read the awards agree because it says they can take winnings over a certain amount and only have to pay you $25. If you spin their wheel, they only pay $25. I have never won SC spinning the wheel. Boy do I feel stupid! Have a fantastic day!
