The staff were absolutely wonderful during my visit. I had a truly enjoyable time shopping at the store. Despite the pre-Christmas rush, the employees were incredibly helpful. They provided size recommendations and helped me coordinate items for outfits. Their knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and they readily checked for additional sizes in the back.
I really appreciate the clothing available at this store. When I encountered an issue, the manager at the location was incredibly supportive. The zipper on the jacket I purchased for my young grandson broke after just a month. Unfortunately, the size I needed was out of stock, so the manager promptly refunded my money. Understanding how much my grandson adored the jacket, she returned it to me and recommended a place to have the zipper fixed. Excellent service and a delighted grandson. Thank you!
During my recent visit to the local store, I found myself a bit lost as a new grandfather unsure of what to purchase. However, the cheerful and helpful staff provided me with excellent assistance and advice. The shop has a lovely ambiance and a fantastic variety of items.
I placed an order on November 23rd for next-day pickup. Unfortunately, the order was delayed, and when I contacted customer service to extend the pickup time, I received confirmation. However, when I visited the store today, they couldn't find my order, and one item was marked as 'returned' due to being out of stock. Customer service informed me that they could not address the return since the refund was already processed. I also inquired about exchanging for similar mittens, but I received no response before the call was disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing shopping experience with poor organization and communication.
I have a teenager who adores Jellycats, and the local store had exactly what I needed. As someone who is visually impaired, the support from staff can truly enhance or detract from the shopping experience. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff member who went the extra mile to assist me. I will certainly return.
