I received a pair of Chelsea boots from Scarosso aka 'Scamrosso' that were clearly not as described. The sizing is inaccurate despite following their advertised sizing guide. I attempted to return the item, but was provided with invalid return postage. Since then, my follow-up requests have been ignored entirely.Scarosso has effectively refused to facilitate the return through their official process, leaving me with an item that does not match the description and no viable recourse, likely banking on their overseas location to avoid accountability.
