The warmth and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. The smaller number of passengers compared to larger ships created a sense of intimacy and togetherness. The butler service was greatly appreciated, and all onboard services were excellent. However, the organization regarding the initial docking of the vessel was chaotic and caused unnecessary stress. The arrangements for transportation to and from the vessel during the Dinner and Concert event in Bonn were even more problematic.
