Buying the insurance was easy enough. Opted to pay instalments. Scenic took an initial deposit and then the first month. After just over 30 days I cancelled the policy as sold the motorhome. They then required me to pay 75% of the annual premium. I challenged this and was told it was in their Terms and Conditions. I asked how many pages their T&C’s were. They stated 42! And them claiming 75% of the annual premium even though I had only used just over over 9% of the cover was hidden on page 27. They can’t be allowed to get away with this! It’s immoral.
