I had originally intended to renew my motorhome insurance with Carole Nash, which was apparently automatic. It then seemed it wasn't? After being passed around various departments, none of whom seemed to be the correct one, it then transpired this was not possible as they could no longer offer breakdown cover based on the age of the vehicle, so they transferred me to Scenic. They seem to have a connection to Carole Nash, but what should have been straightforward, as all the details were the same, became complicated. I basically had to start again, as a new policy, because their systems could not talk to each other. Why, if it's the same company??Otherwise they were very good, called me back to check a few details and eventually I got insured for another year.Final positive was it was nearly £200 cheaper than the renewal quote (without breakdown cover though)
