On the whole Scenic are great becasue you get to talk to someone and hold times are very brief. I recently changed the vehicle on my policy,however, and was told it would add an extra £60 which I thought was fabulous! It turned out, however, that this was just for the time until renewal. This wasn't made clear to me at the time so I had a big shock come reneal when I found out the actual increase was going to be more than £200.
