Be Careful! Make sure you know what you are letting yourself into. They do not reimburse if you cancel your insurance. They tell you there will be no no claims bonus allotment - which you'd expect & so agree to go ahead and cancel. Only then they tell you there is no refund to the premium. You cannot then uncancel the insurance to at least get your no claims bonus as meagre compensation for losing, in my case, over half a years worth of insurance premium.I have no objection to you keeping your original commission & making an adjustment/cancellation fee - but NOTHING? Does BIBA or your professional body know?I now see there are more complaints of a similar nature on Trust Pilot. I imagine you will reply saying 'we followed our procedures'. I'm suggesting you make this procedure clearer to potential customers from the start rather than wrapping it up in more customary details. I am not stupid and in my circumstances it would have been very relevant to have clocked it.
