I placed an order recently, not my first time placing one with scentdecant. Maybe my 3rd or 4th. This order I place recently was marked as delivered but was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I contacted scentdecant and they sent out a replacement package. During contacting them I wanted to make sure that the insurance was still available on the replacement package just in case it was once again delivered to the wrong mailbox. Was told by someone and I do have the reply email stating that it was still insured. Few days later I get a email saying it was delivered and to my surprise again. Nothing in my mailbox( My address has a multi unit mailbox. 1 big box with 20 small mail boxes for each unit. If that makes sense.) once again I contact scentdecant and is told that they don’t send out replacements for replacements and that I’m pretty much out of $170. Since I verified my address and it says delivered. That it’s my problem even though it was once again delivered to the wrong mailbox unit I’m assuming. Have the emails from them saying that it’s insurance. Emails quoted from the owner of scentdecant saying that they will not be fixing this problem.
