I ordered a lucky dip box which contained a large bath bomb, a shower bomb, a soap, some soap roses and a candy cane. Products smell nice but I had no idea how to use the shower bomb so I looked online and some people say you lay them in the bath while others say you lather it and rub it on your skin, as there were no instructions on this item I messaged customer services, no answer after a week, nor any answer on their Instagram msgs. This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, it seems they take your money and that is it. To say I am disappointed is an understatement as I thought KP would make sure her customers are happy. I will not be ordering anything else as I could not get any help and what I received was not worth the money I paid at all. It is too 'Pricey' and I for one am not paying for her next holiday!
