Do not order as no customer service. I ordered before Christmas and parcel obviously went missing as tracker said Royal Mail hadn’t received. Emailed company no response. Messaged on Instagram replied once and said parcel not missing but I sent screen shot of tracking page to show Royal Mail had never received from them and no further response. Also removed my comments in their posts asking for reply?Escalated to PayPal and got a refund.
