Scentiment is absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. 100%. My orders are genuinely, LITERALLY never correct, and now the devices I spent hundreds of dollars on do not work.
I first found out about them on TikTok around the holidays. They had some incredible deals and discounts on their oils, but I could not afford their diffusers. After an order or two, I noticed some issues with my orders, some wouldn’t ship out at all until I contacted them, or the ones that would seemed to have sizing or scent order discrepancies, but they would usually help me get them corrected. Then, I ordered a fragrance called South Beach. I fell IN LOVE with this scent. To this day, they have not made a better scent. On Black Friday, I ordered 200 ml or 120 ml bottle of it, and waited and waited and waited, and towards the end of January, I finally messaged them asking what the issue with the order was, and they informed me that they sold out of the scent and the company had decided not to restock it. They would not allow me to cancel my order, only asking what I wanted in place of it. They sent me some random scent that I ended up hating, but I was tired of fighting. Then, I recently placed an order for over $100 worth of their new destinations line of 10 ml sample bottle packs. Out of the 12 bottles I ordered, only ONE BOTTLE was correct. One. They said I could keep the incorrect bottles and take a $50 gift card. I said no. I argued and escalated and argued and escalated, and they ended up giving me a $90 gift card that I still haven’t used. I ALSO SPENT $300 on their Diffuser Pro 2 devices. Then I found out they no longer sell the 200 ml sizes, which is the specific bottle size the Diffuser Pro 2 requires. I had to beg and escalate JUST TO BUY FOUR EMPTY 200 ML FROM THEM! They THEN forced a new app on us (2.0) and now I have to reconnect my diffuser every time I open the app. There’s nothing they can do to help. I’m just over them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Consider yourself warned. I’ve easily spent hundreds if not THOUSANDS of dollars with them, and they DO NOT CARE. ESPECIALLY when you chat into their support team, and they take 2-3 business days to respond back to every message. If I could post screenshots on this review, I would!
