I had no issues with the service. I ordered on December 12th, not expecting it for Christmas, but it was a small gift so I was pleased it arrived on time. It was shipped quickly and reached me just before Christmas. The tracking number was a bit tricky to find, as mentioned in other reviews, so guidance from the company on tracking would be beneficial (hence the star deduction). However, it took me only about half an hour to locate a tracking website and set up email alerts to monitor its journey. Overall, a great experience!
