When our original supplier moved his billing over to SCG we noticed very little changes until we began to have major issues with our phone systems.
After 3 weeks of losing business due to the technical issues & SCG making any excuse to not provide us with an updated hand set, I finally began to look at new suppliers.
I found a company that offered the same services for almost half the price and immediately swapped, and when I called SCG to inform them they sent me an E-Sign to confirm I am ending our contract early.
After explaining that we do not have a contract as I never signed any documents with them (previous supplier we were with for 4 years until they transferred us over) SCG said that it's okay and that they will handle it but they had wished we spoke to them about pricing first (but happy to over charge us before we swapped).
When I thought it was all done and dusted I then find on my final statement that they charged me £120 extra to end my non-existent contract and a further £10 to cease the line.
We were very willing to consider SCG again in future if the pricing was better but after this experience we'll never go back.
