I ordered a guitar on 07/02/2022 and paid in full online.To date I have received no guitar and only one email.The email was in response to a question I sent.The other two messages were not replied to.The email I received was as below:'Your guitar is literally in the air as we speak. I expect it to arrive any day and I will update you the second I have some more info. Kind regards,Gregg | SC Guitars'This email was received on 23/03/2022. I have not received any guitar or any further information since this email. I contacted my credit card who are trying to contact the company. This is difficult as there is no telephone number or proper contact details. I also notice that their trustpilot account has not been verified either.
