I had the worst experience with this travel agency. I, along with two others, applied for a Greece visa through them. Despite having solid profiles—my friend and his wife have great jobs, strong bank statements—all three of us got a complete rejection. The agent did a sloppy, careless job. He just swapped names and didn’t put any real effort into the applications. This was my first visa attempt, and it was a total disaster. These people are completely unprofessional and incompetent. I strongly warn others to stay away if they value their time and money
