In terms of the automated online system, where most orders are handled, it is very accurate and does a very good job in quoting and estimating final costs associated with the purchase. Being an online system and how amazingly efficient it is, I have never had to deal with an actual person. However, I had a question about a particular part and gave their Odense office a call. Throughout the number of occasions, I have called, staff were very helpful and eager to assist with any questions or enquiries. In particular, Andrew, who has assisted both over the phone and via email. Based on my experience, he is a diligent employee who always goes out of his way to look after customers with any issues or questions that may arise.
