We used a company to replace the two-story bay windows at the front of our 1920s house. The original windows had long been replaced with poor-quality double glazing from the 70s/80s. Fortunately, we had a photo of the original windows, and they did an outstanding job recreating the look of the original frames. The new windows seem to be manufactured to a very high standard. The quotation process was friendly and clear without being pushy. The wait from accepting the quote to the windows being ready was about six months, slightly longer than expected. I did inquire a couple of times during summer for updates without receiving a reply, possibly due to office staffing. However, once the windows were ready, communication improved. The installation was excellent; the team took great care over every detail, and the carpentry was of a very high standard. I could tell they took pride in their work. I would certainly recommend this company for anything related to timber windows, as they clearly possess a wealth of expertise.
