I ordered a Plissee and it was not suitable for my windows. I contacted support and they agreed that it was their mistake - they just do not work with my windows. However, they did not take back the Pliessees - so I did not get back my money (300 Euro). They have severe technical problems, they do not solve them. Support does not answer me anymore.
