The blinders I got became not foldable in a couple of days. I have been doing my best to communicate however no reply recently. They state that they are not cheap Chinese product and it is made in Germany (everything comes and is communicated from Poland in fact). Therefore, they charged me 300 Euros! Here you can find their initial answer to the situation:"Due to the thermal coating on the outside and constant exposure to sunlight, the coating may deform or harden and no longer fold into the pleated shape. Because of this, the pleated blinds should be opened and closed from time to time.Please try to have it almost fully closed in its original pleated form for some days, so that due to the sun rays it might get its shape back."Imagine that they produce a product for sunlight and I live in Luxembourg which is not well known for its sunny summers like Greece! I wish there was an option to upload pictures to prove you!
