I just had to write a review. It's the least I could do, for such an amazing quality of product and service. 1st of all, the blinds are amazing, and they look and feel so much better than cheaper ones we tried before. 2nd of all, I accidentally broke one clamp and asked to purchase a replacement, they sent me a replacement immidietly free of charge. This does not happen often these days. Highly recommend!
