I don't usually write reviews, but have been repeatedly so impressed with the service and product quality of Schuette, that I felt I had to. Firstly, the blinds are extremely good value for money. They are custom cut to customer requirements, are easy to install, well-made, and easy to operate. Secondly, since I bought the blinds, one of the three was hanging to one side. Schuette immediately offered to take the blind back and repair it. It was sent from Austria to Poland, repaired, and cut to a new width then back again in 10 days, amazing! They also re-cut two of my blinds to a new width after I decided I wanted a different fitting, and free of charge! You don't often come across such honest, well-run family businesses in the internet age - that's why I felt I had to leave a review - very happy!
