I have to give a low rating because the company doesn't give any instruction on how to use and clean the blazing bull. We, meaning the people that gave you a lot of money for your grill and are having trouble using it because as you know this thing gets very hot and can burn you food very quickly. If it had not been a Christmas present I would have returned it and got something like a beefier or a Otto because they have lots of instructional videos and recipes. It's bad when I have to go to your competition to learn how to use a grill purchased from you.
