Extremely disappointing experience. John arrived at the property with a rude and dismissive attitude from the outset. When I pointed out an area in the bathroom that also needed attention, he responded, “I don’t take instructions from you.” My neighbor, who kindly let him in, was also made uncomfortable when he asked her about my age, saying I “sounded like a young girl”—completely inappropriate and unprofessional.After his office confirmed that the bathroom area was indeed part of the job, I asked him to leave due to his behavior. He then pushed past my neighbor on his way out, further escalating the situation.Avoid this company at all costs. This kind of service and conduct is unacceptable.
