After creating account and paying the fee for blood requisition, 24 hours later I received a requisition with my gender on form marked as 'male' and for hormone panel testosterone. I'm female. I went back through all of the account details I gave, thinking I had made a mistake somewhere, but nowhere during account set up and medical questions, does it ask for gender. Red flag for a company offering hormonal treatment options. I contacted customer service via email and it took 48 hours for a response. I received an apology for the error ( no response to my questions on how they actually determine gender...my name is used by both male/female) and asked if I wanted them to send a new/corrected blood requisition. I replied ' yes please ', and that was 4 days ago. Not heard back since, and have even followed up twice to inquire about the delay. They are incompetent and unresponsive. In this competitive marketplace, go somewhere else. Seems to be run like a hotdog cart.
