I used them again and once again their product proved to be extremely effective in a short time frame. I was a heavy, daily user and only stopped a few days before starting the process. I used the system over 6 days this time in order to prevent it being too harsh on my hair or scalp. I definitely recommend spacing it out if you have the time to do so and you will notice that it is much less stressful when you dont procrastinate and not harsh at all this way.
