This is by far the worst casino I've ever dealt with. Bought their 100% match welcome offer. Spent 50 should of received 100. Only got 50. I messaged them letting them know the issue and they take days to respond so I left a negative review in here. They finally messaged me back and say this.... The banner you saw was actually for an expired opening offer we had, and shouldn't have been visible. The offer you should have seen was 80SC for $50.I'm more than happy to add the additional 30SC to your account now? We did notice you gave us a bad review on Trustpilot though. We'd love to keep you as a player, so if you'd consider changing your review, we'd appreciate it..... So I ended up deleting my review. I responded and accepted the offer of 80 rather than the 100 I was supposed to get. That was 4 days ago. Still no response and still haven't credited my account. I know I'll have to do a chargeback to get my money. This will be the first time ever having to do a chargeback on a casino. This casino is a scam. Definition of..... A week later and this is where I'm at with these people.
