Spoke on the phone with a broker/agent about a new auto policy with the potential of adding my home and other two vehicles if it makes sense. Set up a call time to go over the details of home insurance and other vehicles. I was told I would receive a quote via email. Never received a quote or a call back. After reading their own employee reviews of their workplace I am happy I didn't receive a call as I don't want to help a company that treats their employees so poorly which in turn impacts their ability to take good care of their own clients.
