I purchased a scooter expecting the model advertised, but received a different version with features not shown online. It barely accelerates and feels unsafe. When I requested a return, I was asked to record a video of myself riding it first, which is both unreasonable and unsafe. My attempts to resolve this have been met with delays and dismissive attitudes. A disappointing experience from a supposedly reputable store.
