I bought scooters and have faced ongoing issues with them. The warranties are not being honored as promised. Despite a written agreement for warranty support, my concerns remain unresolved after numerous emails. This is incredibly frustrating as customers should be able to trust warranty commitments. Based on my experience, I recommend avoiding this service altogether.
