A whole month has gone by with no communication from your team reference my case. I have been promised a response with a view to compensation regarding the breakdown of my motorhome. It is now over 6 months since the original incident. I would have expected a response by now, particularly from a company of such supposed high repute.
I expect to have this matter brought to a conclusion and would be grateful for contact through normal channels in order to resolve this.
