They will call from various mobile numbers and land line numbers. Claiming to be from the energy department. The company is based in Pakistan and not in the uk. The office is merely registered in Kirkcaldy. Today we received a call from a girl, I explained we have complained to the ombudsman, she laughed at me and told me we can save money on your energy. Zero concern about the inconvenience caused by wasting many hours. The reviews are from fake profiles and friends of their business. Avoid this lying company at all costs.
