I recieve an Interac-withdrawl request which i had tried to decline and i even signed into my scotia bank app to decline it from there as well and that didnt work, by the type i realized my account was being hacked and money erased from my account i called the number and explained the situation to them, They told me to go into the branch and speak with a manger in person and they would also do there investigation, I speak with the branch manager and show him everything that happened and THE MANAGER EVEN SAID I should be REFUNDED no problem. The times comes for the decision and scotia bank finds me at fault for this, I escalate the matter and they still denied me my claim, i have incured many NSFS and Multiple interest fees because of this causing me to be way more in debt for something that was out of my control and NOT MY FAULT !
