Well done on finishing Queen st station improvements over 5 years of travelling through a building site . The station was shut down previously for 6 months for line and platform improvements, why not do them both together and why did it take 5 years to turn the station into what looks like a supermarket. Now they have decided to rip Aberdeen train station apart in the height of summer which will probably take another 5 years, there is one set of doors for the whole station and the ticket office is a portacabin with no signs on it and just looks like builders offices. You do get a member of Scotrail staff who walks around shouting impatiently at travellers to use broken ticket machines or use unsign posted ticket office. Its never ending with this company and makes British Rail look good.The Aberdeen Rail line was shut for 6 months with a crap replacement bus service which left you stranded waiting for bus to come for hours outside sometimes and the station staff hiding inside hoping you wouldn't speak to them.And your trains are dirty with no Air conditioning in summer and yet you take millions in public subsidies to make a profit , good bloody riddance
