A new smart meter fitted 2025. My Direct debit was stopped. My account closed. No emai to letme know this was going nor had happened.I phoned 4 weeks ago and was told there was a glitch in the system and would be fixed within 5 - 8 days. I'm still waiting. I dare not phone Scottish Power again as I am with Talk Talk and they charge me for 0345 numbers
