Complete fraud. Customer support is untrustworthy and unhelpful. Over the last two years, they have taken nearly £600 from me on three separate occasions. It takes MONTHS to get your money back. They ignore emails, refuse to engage, and do not take accountability. They exploit vulnerable customers, leaving them without heating and hot water in freezing conditions.
