I recently spoke to a young gentleman called Jay I had issues a few days prior , I explained the situation and he reassured me that the problem would be sorted he made sure he called back when he said he would and made me feel less anxiety as I was generally struggling at this time due to new baby and bills , he managed to help with a little top up on my meter to get me through till payday .
