I’ve experienced several issues with the app, and I continue to receive newsletters despite opting out of all communications. The website chat function is also ineffective, the AI just loops and repeatedly asks the same questions without resolving anything. So pointless.
The app frequently logs me out, and even after logging back in, it asks for my password again when accessing certain sections. It feels unnecessarily restrictive. There seems little point in using Face ID or a password to log in if additional authentication is required again to view basic features like communications.
