I feel I need to write a second review of Scottish Widows because this company is letting down customers in their droves. Lack of accurate information, fund and account information incorrect, very little communication from complaints managers, very long waits to have issues dealt with and even longer to get a resolution. Constant need to write reviews and contact the Chief Exec and financial ombudsman just to be heard! The customer service people on the end of the phone are very good and very polite but once the phone calls ends, that's it until the customer calls again, and again, and again.... Simply not good enough.
