My Nanna's headstone was purchased from them over a decade ago, and when we inquired about getting it straightened (as it was beginning to lean more and more), the person on the phone told us they would get someone to take a look when they were next in the area, at no cost to any of my family - that was brilliant customer service to say the least.My family didn't expect anything to be done for quite a while in all honesty, as they aren't very local to us. However, we received a phone call a few weeks ago to say that they had been and straightened the headstone.They are clearly a company with very high values and we can't thank them enough, they made my grandad a very happy man.
