When I contacted the support team, they assured me of a refund, but I only received a partial amount. I had to dispute the remaining charge with my bank, which turned into a lengthy process. During this time, the support team provided fabricated evidence that I had used credits and even made false claims about my communications. Eventually, my bank ruled in my favor, but the treatment I received was unprofessional. When I shared my review, they flagged it, getting it removed under false pretenses. They are willing to retaliate and break rules whenever they see fit. I also had to remove false reviews they left about my services.
