My account was suspended without explanation, and after three emails over several days, I’ve received no response from Scruff’s support team.I’ve reviewed the community guidelines and see no reason for the suspension. The lack of communication and transparency is incredibly frustrating for a platform that claims to value its users. I’m disappointed in the handling of this situation and hope Scruff improves its customer support processes.
