I took a course with Dr. Shirley Santiago about Scrum in preparation for taking the PSM-I. I found her to be a very helpful resource and an excellent teacher, very adept at determining what I was looking for out of the course and tailoring the activities and communication style to help me towards those goals. Dr. Santiago was very good at presenting the core concepts from multiple different angles to give a holistic perspective as to what and why Scrum is about. I was able to pass the PSM-I on my first try a few days after the course concluded.
